Over 90 award-winning food and drink producers from Suffolk will be descending upon Snape Maltings on 23rd and 24th September for the 2017 Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival.
The stunning surroundings of Snape Maltings play host to a range of live demonstrations by local and visiting top chefs across the two days on the Tiptree Stage and the Co-Op Stage.
If you fancy rolling up your sleeves and learning from some of Suffolk and beyond's top chefs and producers, then there's a huge list of masterclasses for you to choose including 'Sciapod Foray with Vivia Bramford' and 'Kitchen 101 and in Knife Skills'.
After you've brushed up on your cooking skills, you can stock up on Suffolk's fine fayre at one of the many stands before heading to the Adnams Drinks Experience. Here you can join the Tiptree Jam Jar Gin Masterclass, sample Adnams spirits at a gin tasting session and learn how to cook with beer with drinks writer and expert Melissa Cole.
There's plenty to keep younger members of the family entertained too! At the Hillfarm Family Meadow, there is face painting, toy tractor rides and pizza making. Plus budding farmers will love climbing on board the biggest combine in the world!
And if you don't manage to get along to Snape Maltings, you can still sample some of Suffolk's award-winning food and drink at one of the many fringe events on offer.
With so much to see and do, we've chosen a few 'Suffolk Coast' highlights for you to enjoy!
