Sea Spice, which offers classic and contemporary Indian cuisine at the White Lion Hotel on Aldeburgh’s seafront, is running the next in its series of hands-on cookery masterclasses on Thursday, 10th August.
Join Head Chef, Pratap Singh Rawat and Manager, Anupam Seth for step-by-step professional tuition to make Murgh Malai Kebab, succulent bite-sized pieces of chicken breast in a marinade with yoghurt, cheese, ginger, garlic and green chillies, cooked in the tandoor oven. You will also make Prawn Moilee, a delicious curry made with coconut milk and spices. Learning to cook in the authentic Sea Spice style couldn’t be made easier.
All ingredients and recipes are provided and there will be an opportunity to eat what you cook at the end of class, which runs from 10am to 12noon.
