Elgar himself said: "I have written my heart's blood into the score." This exciting musical event brings together 2oo musicians including 2 choirs from the north and south of Suffolk, joined by the Lambeth Orchestra from London.

Geoff Lavery brings his formidable talent as a musical director and conductor to the production which features soloists Claire Weston (former principal soprano with ENO), Richard Edgar Wilson (internationally acclaimed tenor) and Phillip Tebb (outstanding oratorio bass soloist).
