Sue Hudson of Bread Workshops is passionate about the importance of a good, healthy diet using the best possible ingredients. Sue knows that the best way to learn is the ‘hands on’ approach, ensuring that her new bakers will dispel the myth that making bread is difficult.
Gluten-free baking doesn’t have to mean boring bakes! You will mix your own gluten-free flours to achieve tasty bakes. We will make a selection of gluten-free breads and other bakes, using some interesting (and surprising) alternatives to gluten, you will be more than satisfied with your range of baked goodies!

The course will run from 10.30am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
