Kenton Hall and The Food Hub Cookery School offer a day to rest from routine and allow time to nourish your mind, body and soul.
Designed to fit around a school run, this day is designed to ensure you enjoy a day feeling relaxed, calm and at peace while nourishing your body with fresh, healthy and seasonal food.
You will begin your day with a Yoga session focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost wellbeing. Yoga will be followed by a talk from Dr Hazel Harrison of Think Avellana on ‘Nourishing your mind’. You will then enjoy a cookery session where you will get hands on preparing delicious, nutritional dishes for your kitchen table. The day will conclude with a seasonal 2-course lunch.

The event will run from 9.15am until 2.30pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
