Oak Tree farm is set in six acres just outside Yoxford, surrounded by beautiful countryside and within a few miles of many of the attractions and lovely places in the area including Southwold, Aldeburgh and Framlingham.

All the ensuite rooms have comfortable beds set in period charm, views of the countryside and of the horses that live in the field. The rooms have tea making facilities and television and Wifi is also available.

Oak Tree Farm is ideally located for walkers and cyclists to explore the quiet lanes and byways, and being just a few miles from RSPB Minsmere it's a perfect place to stay for birdwatchers. There is ample off street parking and dogs are also welcome.

Guests have a separate lounge and are welcome to use the garden.
