School Farm is the ideal location for getting out and about in the countryside. Perfect for visiting the many pretty villages, market towns and lovely beaches in this beautiful part of Suffolk

Located within easy reach of the Suffolk Coast and ideally situated for visiting RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich Heath, Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many picturesque Suffolk villages, market towns and coastal resorts. Covid-19 training has been undertaken and extra measures have been put in place to keep everyone safe - guests, family, housekeepers and the community. Please be assured that your safety is top priority while you have a lovely holiday at School Farm Cottages. A warm welcome is guaranteed.

Tastefully converted from traditional farm buildings, the cottages retain the original character with plenty of exposed beams and old brickwork. Each cottage has been beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We have undertaken training and put in place enhanced cleaning and sanitising protocols to operate in a Covid 19 secure way.

Built around a south-facing courtyard, the cottages are named after the four village greens and overlook ponds and traditional meadows on this small family farm. Facilities include free WIFI, large garden, play area, football pitch, cycle hire, fishing, large games/meeting room with table tennis and pool table. This room can also be used for family gatherings, group craft activities or corporate functions. The farm is the ideal location for a Christmas or New Year break.

Guests can meet the farm animals – help to feed the chickens and collect the eggs, or see the horses grazing here. Enjoy beautiful footpath walks around the farm and village.

Two of the cottages are wheelchair friendly, with ramped access, level floor showers and handrails.

If you are unable to travel to take your holiday because of a national or regional lockdown, you will receive a full refund. This guarantee only applies when either:
• School Farm Cottages are required to close as a result of Government Covid restrictions
• a travel restriction applies to the address given on the booking form at the time of booking, rendering you unable to travel and the period of restriction covers the dates of your holiday booking.
This guarantee covers lockdown and restrictions on travel due to tier restrictions, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) being unable to travel due to falling ill with Covid, or being required to self isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance, which the owners strongly recommend that you do.
