Mindfulness Mornings at Snape Maltings
Immerse yourself in the wonderfully relaxing art of Mindfulness. During the three workshops, participants will be taken through a range of mindfulness based exercises, including breathing, deep listening, guided observation and mindful walking, all designed to help you truly relax.
Set in the stunning and tranquil surroundings of Snape Maltings, afterwards, you can enjoy a delicious lunch in Cafe 1885, before setting off for a walk along the Sailor's Path, voted one of the top 100 walks in the UK!

4 x 4 Safaris at RSPB Minsmere
Join a 2-3 hour tour of the stunning landscape of Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere. From the comfort of a 4x4, you can get up close to some of Suffolk's famous wildlife inhabitants and watch the unique and spectacular red deer rut.
Afterwards, set off on foot for a walk along Dunwich beach, stopping in at The Ship for a pint and plate of locally caught fish and chips - the perfect winter warmer!

Pen & Ink Workshops at The Cut
Immese yourself in the joy of drawing with this series of 4 anatomy themed pen and ink art workshops at The Cut, in Halesworth.
The course will feature life models, mask-making and using washes. Afterwards, head to the gallery to wander through the resident exhibitions and stop by the cafe for lunch and a pot of green tea.

Wreath Making at Snape Maltings
Join florist Helen Newman in the Tack Rooms at Snape Maltings as she shows you how to make an autumnal wreath to hang in your own home.
The relaxing workshop helps to re-focus a busy mind by using a range of natural seasonal materials, from semi dried hydrangea, seed heads, to berries and textural mosses.
Learning the different techniques and the best materials to use, you will follow Helen as she demonstrates the steps to making a stunning natural wreath; from the mossed base through to adding the finishing decorative touches.

Improve your Wellbeing
Explore a range of techniques designed to improve your wellbeing and discover what influences wellbeing, what it means to you, and what you can do to achieve it.
The workshop, which is being run at the Tack Rooms at Snape Maltings, will look at the long-term health benefits of being present, ways to be mindful in everyday situations, the use of language to support well being, physical and emotional benefits of calmness, learning easy relaxation techniques and boosting your self-belief.
