Christmas Bread Workshop

Join Sue Hudson on a wonderful Christmas bread-making workshop at The Food Hub Cookery School. She will teach you a range of Christmas baking treats for the festive season. Book early for this popular workshop!

Start the day by making your own Marzipan from scratch, the essential ingredient for Stollen, which you will tackle later! Other delicious loaves include Cranberry and Toasted Walnut Loaf, Olive Oil Crackers for Cheese, Parmesan and Poppy seed Crisp breads. Book early for this popular workshop!

Sue will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, proving, shaping, scoring, basting and baking. The course costs £70 and will run from 10.30am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments.

This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
