Designed for those looking to learn the basic skills to really enjoy cooking at The Food Hub
Learn the fundamentals allowing you to expand your repertoire to create simple, seasonal and tasty dishes. The course will cover knife skills and cooking techniques including roasting, baking, grilling and frying.
You don’t need to have any previous cooking experience to attend this course, all beginners welcome.
During the course you'll cover baking, basic sauces, cooking meat and fish correctly.
The course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments and lunch. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
