Bread Workshop: Enriched Dough

This enriched dough bread workshop with The Food Hub Cookery School will have an emphasis on creating indulgent breads and pastries. 

Enriched bread are typically enhanced with good stuff in addition to the bare essentials of flour, yeast, salt, and water, and contain eggs, sugar, milk, butter and sometimes olive oil. Think golden brioche, Devonshire splits and danish pastries such as almond pinwheels and cinnamon swirls. Suitable for all abilities, complete novice bread makers and serious bread fiends alike!


The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
