Bread Workshop: Good Friday Easter Bread

Make pretzels and multi-plaited challah on this fantastic workshop with The Food Hub Cookery School.

In addition to these classics, Sue will be showcasing sweet or savoury snail rolls to share with a light lunch. This workshop is suitable for all, it works well as a follow on workshop from the Introduction to Bread making by Hand or to add to your skills.

You’ll leave with some truly wicked additions to your festive Easter table! 

Recipes on this course may include:

  • Pretzels
  • Challah
  • Snail rolls
  • Hot cross buns
  • Chocolate-laced Babka

The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
