Classical Chill - Evening Concert

Noel Vine (violin) & Andrew Quartermain (piano) create a perfect summer’s evening of music, featuring works by Arvo Pärt, Bach, Messiaen, Philip Glass and Max Richter.    

British violinist Noel Vine studied with Frederick Grinke, Manoug Parikian, Beth Spendlove and Glyndwr Parfitt.

He has performed with many of the UK's leading symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles and session orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia, Manchester Camerata, London Concert Orchestra, Orchestra of St Johns Smith Square, London Soloists Chamber Orchestra, Musical Solutions Ltd,

Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Sinfonia Of London, London Session Orchestra. 

He is leader of City Strings Orchestra and the Universal Film Orchestra and has been guest leader for Millennia Ensemble, London Concert Ensemble, and the Academy of St Thomas. 

A prolific session musician, his recording credits are vast, from major film and TV soundtracks, to pop, rock and dance records and has worked with a diverse array of high profile artists such as Madonna, Goldie, Spice Girls, Take That, Morcheeba, David Gray, Morcheeba, Oasis, Paul Weller, Gabrielle, Brand New Heavies and many more.     

In 2018 he began a new recital concert series #ClassicalChill bringing short tailored concerts to a new audience.     

Classical Chill concerts provide a perfect soundtrack to 'take time out from busy lives' and stop for a moment.   Accompanied by cool abstract mood lighting and projections to enhance the experience. Works from Bach, Vaughan Williams, Grieg and more, plus new contemporary works from Nicolas Brittel, Philip Glass, Arvo Part, Nico Muhly and Max Richter.
