Cookery Masterclass: Pasta

Join The Food Hub and learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch on this course celebrating Italy's most beloved food.

You’ll learn how to make pasta dough, fillings and roll different types of pasta. You will also learn to make a variety of different kinds of pasta, including long, stuffed, coloured and shaped pasta, as well a sauce to complement them. 

Recipes on this course may include:

  • Orecchiette
  • Linguine
  • Ravioli
  • Pappardelle

The course will run from 10.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.
