Enriched Dough Workshop with The Food Hub

This is a workshop has an emphasis on creating several impressive loaves and rolls both savoury and sweet.

Enriched breads are typically enhanced with good stuff in addition to the bare essentials of flour, yeast, salt and water, and contain eggs, sugar, milk, butter and sometimes olive oil. Think golden brioche, medieval Manchet buns, Devonshire splits or Challah with extras, get stuck in to some serious braiding techniques.

Suitable for all abilities, complete novice bread makers and serious bread fiends alike!

The course will run from 10.30am until 3.30pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
