Full Day Italian Cookery Course

Enjoy a day with The Food Hub Cookery School's talented chef on a wonderful Italian cookery course.

Throw yourself into creating a fantastic Italian feast, using tried and tested recipes. You will be shown how to make wonderful pasta dough and then guided through a number of delicious options from tortellini to linguine. You will not only master the art of pasta but also Italian classics including gnocchi, bread, sauces and magnificent main dishes.

Example recipes on this course may include:

  • Foccacia
  • Fresh Pasta – dough, filled, shaped
  • Pumpkin and Pine Nut Ravioli with Sage Butter
  • Herb Gnocchi with Broccoli, Pea, Chive butter and Goats cheese
  • Tiramisu

The course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, three-course lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.
