Join us as The Food Hub Cookery School, Kenton Hall offers a half-day cookery course to learn to make delicious sauces.

From a range of classic sauces and reductions to jus and gravy,  you will be taught how to make show-stopping sauces that will enhance your cookery. This course is aimed at those who would like to gain a greater understanding of makes a great sauce and how to match a sauce to a meal. From Mayonnaise to Hollandaise, classic French style sauces to more refined reduced butter sauces, you will leave with the confidence to tackle any sauce!

Recipes on this course may include:

  • Stock
  • Gravy
  • Jus
  • Hollandaise sauce

The course will run from 10.00am until 1.30pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
