Sunday Teatime Concert

Aldeburgh’s own Prometheus Orchestra returns to Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall on Sunday 12 March at 4pm.

The attractive programme conducted by Edmond Fivet features Mozart's Clarinet Concerto with popular local soloist Cliff Wybrow and Haydn’s Symphony No 103, known as ‘The Drum Roll’.

There will be a retiring collection in aid of NSPCC.

The concert also includes selected movements from Beethoven’s ballet music, ‘The Creatures of Prometheus’ and Respighi’s ‘Ancient Airs and Dances’ No 3.

Prometheus Orchestra, founded in in 2008, brings together the best professional musicians in Suffolk and wider East Anglia to give really enjoyable concerts, playing the greatest classical music with style and commitment.
