A Taste of Spring
A Taste of Spring brings fresh, seasonal flavours to The Alex Brasserie, with every dish served to the table on sharing boards. The experience unfolds from light spring starters through to a generous seasonal banquet, finishing with a bright, citrus-led finale — all accompanied by live music from Leah Godbold.
Guests can enjoy early-season dishes such as hot-smoked mackerel pâté, pickled spring vegetables, whipped goat’s cheese and crusty sourdough. The main sharing boards feature braised spring lamb, roast salmon with browned lemon butter, Jersey Royals and vibrant spring greens. To finish, the Sweet Blossom board pairs Lemon Eton Mess with a Rhubarb & Custard Tart.
