Christmas Baking Course

Get ready for Christmas with some delicious seasonal bakes made during this festive baking course at The Next loaf.

In this class you'll be making a marzipan stollen laden with rum soaked fruits, a chocolate orange brioche star, chocolate dipped biscotti, mince pies, amaretti cookies (great as gifts) and a sage and onion loaf (which you can freeze ready for your turkey sandwiches!)

Under the careful guidance of your teacher you’ll master a range of techniques and learn how to adapt recipes and at the end of the class you’ll have a range of delicious sweet and savoury breads and festive treats to take home and share with family and friends.
