Masters of Swing
The glamour and panache of the Big Band era comes to Bungay this festive season as the ‘In Full Swing’ company return to the town’s Fisher Theatre with their festive show ‘Masters of Swing – Christmas Crooners’ on Friday 26th November at 7.30pm.
Christmas Crooners is a show jam-packed with great Christmas songs and holiday classics, laughs and audience participation which celebrates the golden age of swing and the big band era!
The show promises to have you singing and laughing in your seats as the performers pay homage to such legends as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Andy Williams, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Bing Crosby and Matt Monro to name a few!
The show will feature such classic and swinging Christmas songs as; 'White Christmas', ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’, ‘Have a Holly Jolly Christmas’, 'Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire', 'It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas', 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town', ‘Silver Bells’ and 'Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree' among others and, although Stephen and Paul will not be appearing with their swing band, following four previous sell-out performances by the company - anybody interested is encouraged to book early.
Tickets are £9 for concessions and £10 full price and available from the theatre on 01986 897130 or online at www.fishertheatre.org
