Registered Nutritionist, Lucy Williamson will share the science behind why we should all be nurturing our gut bacteria for our long term health and well being. Originally a practicing Vet, Dr Williamson now holds an MSc (Nutrition) from King's College, London, and works in public health to inform and inspire better health for all. With a busy family of her own she understands the need for sharing practical, evidence-based knowledge to give clarity amid confusing 'healthy eating' media messages. Her nutrition consultancy achieves this through teaching in schools, lecturing at the University of Hertfordshire, personalised nutrition plans and working with British food producers to promote healthy and sustainable food choices. She is also the Nutritionist for Love British Food.
