Mini Mansions

Join these interactive sessions for young children aged 2 1/2 to 4 and their parents and carers.

Sessions are 45 minutes and available at 10am and 11.15am on Tuesday, 3 June 2025. Explore the collections and galleries together through a mixture of play, craft, stories and science activities, all designed to encourage development, communication and curiosity about the world around us! In June, we will be exploring all things in the garden.

Parents/ carers must stay with their children throughout the session. The main session will be on the ground floor, with pushchair access to the Wolsey Art Gallery via the side garden entrance. Part of the session may involve exploring the Mansion using the stairs. Please let us know if you have any access requirements when you book, as there is no lift.

Mini Mansion sessions are designed for pre-school children and their carers – they are unsuitable for larger nursery groups. Please contact Christchurch Mansion in advance if you are intending to bring more than 2 children to any session.
