Suffolk Dance Days Literary Luncheon

A unique fundraising event – enjoy engaging conversations with local authors over a delicious two-course lunch. This unique fundraising event is hosted by not-for-profit organisation Suffolk Dance Days, to finance the provision of free dance and movement classes for children in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings.


Enjoy a delicious two-course lunch, engaging conversation with local authors, and a chance to find out more about Suffolk Dance Days.

Tables will be hosted by local authors including Jennifer Antill, Joy Burnford, Simon Edge, Dr Sara Knight, June Linscott, Sue Hewgill Peterson, Barbara Segall and Hilary Taylor.

Fiona Castle, OBE, will be the guest speaker. She is an author, a retired dancer and was married to TV entertainer Roy Castle. Fiona will be interviewed by Lesley Dolphin, former BBC Radio Suffolk presenter.

Local Suffolk businesses have also supplied prizes for a fundraising raffle.

By purchasing a ticket to the event, and taking part in the raffle on the day, attendees will be helping to give children in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings across Suffolk access to free dance and movement activities.
