Summer Fun with Britten’s Passport

Family-friendly activities for the summer holidays!

Pick up a ‘Britten Passport’ and see how many activity stamps you can collect over the holidays! Activities take place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and are full of creative and hands on fun for children.

Britten’s Boats (26th, and 28th July): Make your own model sailing boat. Will your boat float or sink in our mini pool?

Bird-noculars (31st July, 2nd, and 4th August): Make your very own bird binoculars and see if you can spot our resident Kestrels in the gardens.

Make a Note (7th, 9th and 11th August): Have a go at making a beautiful musical note, a stunning addition to any bedroom!

Let’s go Fly a Kite (14th, 16th, 18th August): Benjamin Britten loved playing games and owned a lovely red kite. Make your own and see if it will fly!

Orchestra Hats (21st, 23rd and 25th August): Explore the instruments that make up an orchestra by making your own fun hat!

Make an Instrument (28th, 30th August and 1st September): Have a go at creating your own music just like Britten by making your own musical instruments.
