These 'Froize Uncovered' year-round nature walks take you exploring around the wilds of Suffolk, in search of the many creatures that reside here, or are simply passing through. While the focus is primarily on birds, our knowledgable and experienced guides will also share their fascinating insights into the enthralling and delicate eco-systems that sustain them.
Following a full morning in the countryside, you will then return to Froize for a fabulous two-course lunch.
Our walks are the perfect antidote to our busy and often hectic lives and are open to all, no matter how experienced you are with a pair of binoculars! As well as getting close to nature, you will meet like minded people and maybe even make a new friend or two.

If you have your own binoculars, please bring them, although we often have a few spare pairs.
