Ivy Grange Farm Barn offers luxurious and cosy accommodation with 2 en-suite double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a single and bunk beds and adjacent family bathroom. The front door opens into the spacious open-plan eating/living/kitchen area with a wood-burner, sofas, easy chairs and dining table. The kitchen has an electric range cooker and is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm.

Outside is a large south-facing courtyard with benches, an undercover eating area and BBQ, leading through to an area of meadow with a large campfire pit and pizza oven with bench seating and oak tables beneath a pergola. Enjoy the new outdoor table tennis too!

The Barn is a great venue for special celebrations and if you have extra guests who want to stay over, why not hire a beautiful yurt for up to 3 people (a double and single) in the 3 acre meadow - April to September - or the double en-suite B&B in the 17th century farmhouse. For younger guests travel cots, a high chair, baby bath etc are provided. The owners welcome one well-behaved dog on a lead.

The Barn has underfloor heating, a log-burner, bathroom radiators and powerful showers plus a full-sized bath in the family bathroom. The front part of the barn with the living/eating area and en-suite master bedroom is all on one level, with steps down to the lower section with the second en-suite and singles bedroom/bathroom and utility room.

Transport: there's parking for 6 cars and an EV charging point as well as secure bike storage and 2 electric bikes and 3 "conventional" bikes to explore the quiet country lanes. The barn is situated on the National Cycle Route 1 and the owners are always keen to support guests getting traveling by bike or public transport and offer collection from the local station (Brampton) with prior notice.
