Mollett’s Farm is a family-run haven of peace and tranquillity near Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. With custom-designed holiday studios and cottages, it’s a home away from home. Set in open farmland, Mollett’s is criss-crossed by footpaths if you’d like to explore ancient woodlands or walk to the charming Friday Street Farm Shop and Café Restaurant nearby. The main A12 coast road makes it easy to head north towards Lowestoft or south to Woodbridge and Ipswich. Saxmundham station on the East Suffolk Line has hourly services between Lowestoft, Ipswich and London.
Your Accommodation A warm welcome awaits in a two-storey cottage or ground floor studio, each individually designed and furnished with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your visit. Outside, a patio and/or the garden is a great place to relax.
Snuggle in beautiful luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft towels. All the accommodation is equipped with a TV and Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, hair-drier and a kitchen complete with fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Ocado (Waitrose) and Tesco deliver as does the local farm shop! For your convenience, there is also a Laundry Room on site and extra storage for bikes and trailers. The car park has space for over thirty vehicles. If you’d like to venture out to eat, there are delightful country pubs and restaurants within a few minutes’ drive, the owners will give you a list of their personal recommendations.
The Granary Cottages – two storey luxury (sleeping 2 to 5) On the first floor, there’s a twin or double bedroom and en-suite with a shower. One of the three cottages also has an additional bedroom that can be used as a twin or single. The spacious ground-floor living area has a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Your fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you’ll need for your stay. All you have to do is unpack and unwind!
The Stables – fully accessible studios (sleeping 2) Each of the three ground floor studios is individually designed and furnished; providing easy access for those with or without disabilities, without compromising on style or comfort. Double or twin beds, wet-room shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s even a patio to enjoy the sunset! With everything you need, you’ll find these to be the perfect base to go out and explore what Suffolk has to offer.
