School Farm Cottages

Located within easy reach of the Suffolk Coast and ideally situated for visiting RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich Heath, Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many picturesque Suffolk villages, market towns and coastal resorts. 

Tastefully converted from traditional farm buildings, the cottages retain the original character with plenty of exposed beams and old brickwork. Each cottage has been beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. 

Built around a south-facing courtyard, the cottages are named after the four village greens and overlook ponds and traditional meadows on this small family farm. Facilities include free WIFI, large garden, play area, football pitch, cycle hire, fishing, large games/meeting room with table tennis and pool table. This room can also be used for family gatherings, group craft activities or corporate functions. The farm is the ideal location for a Christmas or New Year break.

Guests can meet the farm animals – help to feed the chickens and collect the eggs, or see the horses grazing here. Enjoy beautiful footpath walks around the farm and village. 

Two of the cottages are wheelchair friendly, with ramped access, level floor showers and handrails.
