The ground floor offers a beautifully decorated living room with a feature fireplace, a light and spacious kitchen with a dining space, perfect for entertaining, and with additional living space with a wood-burner and double french doors leading out into the garden. There is a well equipped utility room and WC with wash basin.

The first floor houses a nautical themed king size bedroom; the perfect children's room with bunk beds along with views of the Southwold lighthouse; and a luxurious bathroom. 

The second floor has a double bedroom from which you can enjoy the panoramic views of Southwold, a light, spacious place to relax with plenty of storage and beautiful lighting.

The property features a superb courtyard garden, with a hand-made wooden table and a mixture of stools and chairs creating a perfect alresco dining space. This garden comes alive at night with outside spot lights, allowing you to make the most of the outside space in the evenings.

A shop well stocked with local produce is on the same road only a few yards from the house.
