Maverick Festival

Situated on Easton Farm Park, Maverick Festival showcases the best Americana and roots music from the UK and US. In addition to a fantastic musical line up, there is also comedy, dance and film. 

The Festival kicks off on Friday 1st July continuing throughout the weekend and finishing on Sunday 3rd July.

Maverick Festival


Thorpefest, an exciting new summer outdoor music festival, is taking at the Thorpeness Country Club, near Aldeburgh on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast on Saturday, 2nd July.

Featuring a great line-up with nearly a dozen bands performing live from 12noon until 10pm, the open air charity concert would replace the popular Music by the Sea event, which has been held outside the White Lion Hotel on Aldeburgh’s sea front since 2012, with the support of Aldeburgh Town Council and local residents.

Suffolk festival Pettafiesta will once again be running a 3 day event this year over the weekend of 8th-10th July 2016. Set in a moated 12 acre garden this is the most chilled-out festival of the season.  

As much a multi-generation garden party than a festival, the entertainment stretches from music, across two stages, to theatre, comedy, late night DJs, and campfire films.

Voted Best Festival for Families by the Telegraph, Latitude Festival has fast become a key date in the UK festival calendar.

Set within the idyllic grounds of Henham Hall near Southwold, Latitude has a huge range of stages and arenas showcasing the UKs best music, dance, literature, art and comedy across 4 days from 14th to 17th July. 

This year’s headline acts include The Macabees, Beirut, The National, New Order, The Lumineers, John Grant and many more!

Children can also embrace the festival experience with activities in The Little House and Faraway Forest.

Showcasing the best local talent, the Halesworth Big Gig takes place in the town park on the 5th, 6th and 7th August 2016.

There are two stages to choose from; the main stage and the acoustic stage - both showcasing the best local bands and musicians.

A selection of food, craft and trade stalls will also be in attendance, or why not bring a picnic and enjoy the pretty surroundings of the market town park.

There’s a huge range of music, dance, poetry and craft on offer at this year’s 2016 FolkEast Festival.

With a range of stages including The Sunset Stage, The Broad Roots Stage and The Soapbox Stage, situated in the grounds of Glemham Hall near Woodbridge, the festival takes place on 19th, 20th and 21st August with an on-site campsite for those wanting to enjoy the whole festival experience.

This year's acts include Eliza Carthy and the Wayward Band,  Blowzabella and Usher's island with FolkEast patrons and BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winners the Young'uns appearing in the mix and with the Aldeburgh young Musicians.

The Maui Waui Festival is an explosion of Electro Swing, Gypsy Swing, Reggae, Folk and other music combined with cabaret, circus and street performers. A feast for the eyes too, the festival prides itself on its extravagant décor, adding to the eclectic atmosphere.

Taking place at Peakhill Farm in Theberton near Minsmere, the festival runs from 2nd - 4th September.
