Fire and Feast Suffolk collaborates with Chef Lily Benbow of Noble Prawn and Fishers Gin to bring you an Indian Sharing Feast in the relaxed surroundings of the Fire and Feast Tipi. After last year’s sellout success, we are delighted to welcome Lily Benbow back to the Fire and Feast Tipi. Lily has designed a mouthwatering Indian Sharing Feast for this special evening. Guest will be welcomed with a complimentary Fishers Gin Smokey Mule Cocktail before sitting down to a three course Indian fire inspired meal cooked by Lily from The Noble Prawn.

Introducing Lily Benbow and Noble Prawn - Lily Benbow is Director/chef at Noble Prawn Ltd. Although classically trained in Dublin and more recently at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Lily really enjoys cooking with spice, resulting in her menus featuring Middle Eastern and Indian inspired dishes. She uses only the best local and sustainable ingredients, sourcing from the many excellent Suffolk suppliers on our doorstep.

Fishers Gin - Distilled overlooking Aldeburgh’s iconic shingle beach and hand crafted using only the finest selection of local wild herbs and coastal botanicals. Fishers’ botanicals are foraged between the North Sea and the salt marshes of the River Alde, uniquely capturing the experience and flavours of the Suffolk coast.
