Late-summer Forest Bathe at Sutton Hoo
Relax and connect with nature through a guided, meditative walk by the river and through the pinewoods.
Early August is a time to celebrate the late summer festival of Lughnasa being halfway between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox.
Join Charlotte, Sutton Hoo's resident Forest Bathing guide, for a relaxed afternoon stroll through the pinewoods and by the river.
During the session practice what is known in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing where the guide will offer a series of invitations to slow down, relax and connect with nature. The experience will conclude with a tea ceremony in the majestic pine woodland.
