Grain Studio

A brand new renovation of a 19th century grain store, finished to a high standard. All modern facilities; wet room, underfloor heating, etc. The studio is open planned with access to the sleeping area via stairs to mezzanine floor.

The ground floor interior has been designed for accessibility; if you have mobility issues the sofa (trundle bed) pulls out to make a double bed. There are no ground floor internal steps, including the threshold to the wet room. All heating is underfloor (including wet room). The studio is solely electric with no gas (so no co2 monitor). Fully equipped kitchen including tea, coffee and basic store cupboard ingredients. Cotton bedlinen with protectors and towels provided.

Guests can also enjoy the pretty shared walled town garden with your own seating area.

Grain is nestled in the historic market town of Beccles (gateway to the Southern Broads), full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, outdoor lido and boating. With great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk Coast and Norwich City.
