If you listen to the experts they’ll say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a proper breakfast will ensure you’re set up for whatever the day ahead brings. But a good breakfast is much more than that.
It’s about the great local produce used, the surroundings and the excellent service too. On The Suffolk Coast we’re lucky to have so many places to indulge in whatever type of breakfast takes your fancy. Perhaps it’s something light to accompany your browsing of the papers or maybe you’re after a traditional English breakfast, with all the ingredients sourced from just a few miles away, to satisfy your taste buds.
