Suffolk River Trips from Snape
This Easter holiday, take to the water for an exciting trip along the River Alde to see this area of outstanding natural beauty from a new perspective with Suffolk River Trips. Evening Chorus Guided Walk at Sutton Hoo
For an experience that really is the epitome of Spring, immerse yourself in birdsong at
Sutton Hoo's Evening Chorus Guided Walk, where, as the sun sets, the landscape comes alive with sound. Led by ornithologist Steve Abbott and ranger Jonathan, this two-hour walk offers the chance to hear skylarks nesting on the Royal Burial Ground and nightingales that have migrated from central Africa to breed, offering a rare chance to experience how Sutton Hoo at a different time of day, and hear birds at this peaceful time of day.
Taking place on April 26, May 3, and May 10, from 8pm to 10pm, this is a unique event for adults and children aged 12 and above. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and clothing for a spring evening, and to bring a torch and binoculars if you can.

An Easter adventure awaits at the atmospheric Framlingham Castle, where families can step back in time, exploring history while enjoying a fun-filled Easter quest. From April 5 to April 27, between 10am and 5pm, children can try to conquer the Easter Adventure Quest; exploring the castle grounds to crack clues and earn a delicious chocolate reward.
